Cancellation page for Sales Reps

Feb. 2011 note to Norwex Reps:

If you are canceling because of the announcement from Head Office that sites are coming, it would be much better for your online presence and customer continuity if you retain your site. We will be forwarding domains to the new HO sites for reps that stay with our service until they get a site from HO.

In order to cancel your site you will need to do the following things:

1. Please send us a quick email letting us know that you are canceling. We always appreciate feedback so feel free to let us know why you are canceling.

2. Please login to your PayPal account and cancel your subscription. For security reasons, this is not something we can do. Here are the steps as outlined in PayPal's Help Center:

How do I cancel a recurring payment, subscription, or automatic billing agreement I have with a merchant?

We’re introducing a new and improved Profile to some customers. Until all customers are using the new Profile, there are 2 sets of instructions on how to do this. Please follow the instructions that match what you see on the site.

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My Pre-approved Payments in the Financial Information column. (Don’t see this step? Follow the instructions below.)
  4. Click View the Agreement next to the merchant agreement you want to cancel.
  5. Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update in the My pre-approved payments section.
  5. Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.
